Registered Nurse - care coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Clearpath Cedar Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Birmingham. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on group events with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
