Bluepeak Stone Care Services Associates is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
