Registered Nurse - care coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Bright Ridge Insurance Partners sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Birmingham. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
