Registered Nurse - care coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Bright Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Birmingham, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 776 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
