Registered Nurse - care coordination (Birmingham, AL)

Nova Fox Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Birmingham. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
