Registered Nurse - care coordination (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cedar Hospitality and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on guest bookings with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
