Registered Nurse - care coordination (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Summit Insurance and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 954 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on premium billing with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
