Registered Nurse - care coordination (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Cedar Timber Insurance and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 332 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • BLS/ACLS certification.
