Registered Nurse - care coordination (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Linden Hospitality Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Support work on supplier orders with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
