Registered Nurse - care coordination (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Logistics is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on clinical evaluations with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
