Registered Nurse - care coordination (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Cross Health Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on electronic records with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
