Registered Nurse - care coordination (Atlanta, GA)

Redstone Loom Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Atlanta, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on training materials with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
