Registered Nurse - care coordination (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Pine Medical is a Atlanta company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Support work on clinical evaluations with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
