Registered Nurse - care coordination (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cobalt Insurance and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
