Registered Nurse - care coordination (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Oak Hospitality and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on food costs with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
