Registered Nurse - care coordination (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Logistics and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
