Registered Nurse - care coordination (Anchorage, AK)

Westbrook Timber Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Anchorage area, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 478 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
