Registered Nurse - care coordination (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Summit Insurance and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
