Registered Nurse - care coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Clearpath Willow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Albuquerque, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on release testing with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
