Registered Nurse - care coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Clearpath Fox Pharma Partners is a pharmaceutical company in Albuquerque producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on clinical studies with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
