Registered Nurse - care coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Wilder Pharma and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on quality documentation with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
