Registered Nurse - care coordination (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark North Pharma is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on regulatory filings with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
