Recruiter - technical hiring (Wichita, KS)

Foxglove Basin Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Wichita focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
