Recruiter - technical hiring (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wren Environmental Services Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
