Recruiter - technical hiring (Wichita, KS)

Westbrook Amber Staffing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
