Recruiter - technical hiring (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Vista Financial is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to payment disputes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on payment disputes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
