Recruiter - technical hiring (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Bright Housing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
