Recruiter - technical hiring (Wichita, KS)

Bright Lakeside Freight Partners is a Wichita logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
