Recruiter - technical hiring (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Haven Early Learning Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
