Recruiter - technical hiring (Virginia Beach, VA)

Greenridge Stone Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
