Recruiter - technical hiring (Virginia Beach, VA)

Silverline Sparrow Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Virginia Beach, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
