Recruiter - technical hiring (Virginia Beach, VA)

Lumen Iron Property Management manages apartment communities around Virginia Beach, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
