Recruiter - technical hiring (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Cross Health and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
