Recruiter - technical hiring (Virginia Beach, VA)

Harborlight Hollow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Virginia Beach with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
