Recruiter - technical hiring (Virginia Beach, VA)

Amberfield Quarry Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
