Recruiter - technical hiring (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Meridian Inspection Services Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
