Recruiter - technical hiring (Tulsa, OK)

Greenridge Fern Care Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
