Recruiter - technical hiring (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Clear Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Tulsa. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
