Recruiter - technical hiring (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Beacon Markets is a Tucson retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
