Recruiter - technical hiring (Tucson, AZ)

Summit Juniper Legal Group Partners is a Tucson practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
