Recruiter - technical hiring (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Amber Insurance and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to policy renewals. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on policy renewals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
