Recruiter - technical hiring (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Yarrow Legal Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
