Recruiter - technical hiring (Toledo, OH)

Redstone Clear Legal Group is a law firm in Toledo serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to intake forms. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on intake forms. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
