Recruiter - technical hiring (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Union Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
