Recruiter - technical hiring (Toledo, OH)

Cedar Glen Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
