Recruiter - technical hiring (Toledo, OH)

Summit Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Toledo, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer complaints. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
