Recruiter - technical hiring (Tampa, FL)

Foxglove Granite Financial Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to payment disputes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on payment disputes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
