Recruiter - technical hiring (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Quill Health provides primary and specialty care in Tampa. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
