Recruiter - technical hiring (Tampa, FL)

Redstone Granite Housing Partners is a nonprofit housing provider in Tampa. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
