Recruiter - technical hiring (Tampa, FL)

Bluepeak Pine Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Tampa. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent assistance. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
